Our Alliances:

Coastal Dynamics prides itself on providing local expertise for offshore marine environmental projects. In fact, we were the first company in Trinidad and Tobago to conduct an offshore Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) using a 100% local team of experts. This EIA was conducted for bpTT for their Cannonball Offshore Field Development Project which was awarded a successful CEC in January 2004.

However, Coastal Dynamics is aware of the need to access both local and international experts to provide a wide array of services to local clients. Therefore, we have established strategic alliances with international companies to bolster the level of expertise that we provide in order to provide a full expanse of services to our clients. These companies include:

Ocean Surveys Inc (USA).
Coastal Dynamics will team with this company to provide instrumentation and equipment for offshore deployments should Coastal Dynamics' in-house instrumentation prove insufficient for any project needs.

Coastal Dynamics also has access to instrumentation and equipment from other suppliers in Houston (Seatronics Inc) and the UK (GSE Rentals Limited).

dhi lgo
Danish Hydraulic Institute (Denmark).
Coastal Dynamics has long had a working relationship with the Danish Hydraulic Institute (DHI) who are the suppliers of the state-of-the-art oceanographic models used by our company. Coastal Dynamics personnel have continuous on-going training by DHI to keep abreast of current improvements and methodologies in using the MIKE 21 Suite of oceanographic and sedimentological models.
